Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds on RV’s will be given up to one week (eight days) prior to your arrival date. Within seven days of your arrival date, a refund will be made minus one night’s fee.
No refunds will be given on hay orders once these orders have been delivered. Bedding will be refunded minus a $2 restocking fee.
For orders that have not been delivered, refunds will only be issued if written notification is provided and meets the above deadlines. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the close of the show or event.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Murieta Equestrian Center shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Murieta Equestrian Center shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
