We supply Dorris Lumber flake shavings. Dorris uses only kiln-dried pine in our operations, never green wood. That means your shavings have an average moisture content of 8 to 10%.
IMPORTANT: Please note that no outside bedding deliveries are permitted.*
*For horses with allergies, please contact facility management.
Our Alfalfa, Orchard, and Timothy hay is sourced by RT Hay, offering premium quality hay for your horses while at MEC.
A processing and handling fee will be added to your online order – thank you!
No refunds will be given on hay orders once these orders have been delivered. Bedding will be refunded minus a $2 restocking fee.
For orders that have not been delivered, refunds will only be issued if written notification is provided and meets the above deadlines. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the close of the show or event.
An Equestrian Drill Team is a group of horses and riders performing choreographed maneuvers to music and is another of the team disciplines available for equestrians. Teams consist of four to over 20 horses and riders featuring a uniform appearance, including outfits, hats, tack, and flags. Horses should be of the same type; however matching horse colors or breeds are at the team’s discretion. Drill encourages great horsemanship, dedicated teamwork, responsibility, self-respect, and the pride of achieving team goals together. Some teams seek to entertain crowds with high-speed breathtaking maneuvers executed in a blur of brightly colored glamorous outfits to stirring toe-tapping music. Other teams teach horseback riding and leadership skills, along with drill’s historic military roots.
